• Develop and motivate the Team
• Achieve and exceed brand targets
• Develop and nourish Customer Relations and build file cards
• Demonstrate and lead by example with company trends, policies and application methods.
• maintain and manage stock and inventory
• Educate and Coach individual team members
• Improve on current practices
• Monitor performance and artist productivity
• Reporting
• AD HOC duties

The manager would be required to contribute to the growth of the brand and drive the team aswell as the business.
